A vision built from experience

From bedside care to leadership.

All Ways of Caring was shaped by Jesse's experience across different parts of healthcare.

Direct bedside care shaped his understanding of compassion, patience, and careful attention.

Healthcare roles across Toronto, the Northwest Territories, Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, Inuvik, and Fort Smith broadened his view of care access.

In rural Saskatchewan, he served at Wolseley Hospital and Lakeside Nursing Home before moving to Regina to become a Nurse Manager at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.

As a Utilization Coordinator, he oversaw bed allocation across the province and saw the challenges families face when support is hard to find.

Prior to moving into the private healthcare industry, his final assignment focused on patient flow — an experience that revealed the critical correlation between home support and the discharge process, and showed him firsthand how establishing robust home support can significantly improve patient flow across all hospital units.

Leadership that reaches

Strategy and clinical understanding belong together.

As CEO, Jesse helps guide the direction of All Ways of Caring. As Clinical Team Leader, he remains connected to the care side of the organization.

His leadership extends to the care team, standards of service, the way families are supported, and the belief that employees should also feel valued in the work they do.

At All Ways of Caring, care is not treated as a service alone. It is part of the culture. The same compassion offered to clients is reflected in how the team communicates, works together, and supports one another.

The goal is to create a care organization that reaches people with compassion, helps families feel guided, and supports clients in the place they call home.

Care that feels like home

Care should bring comfort, not confusion.

Families may be facing a difficult season, a sudden change, or a decision they never expected to make.

Whether support is needed for daily routines, companionship, nursing care, or safe transportation to appointments, the focus remains the same: provide care that feels respectful, dependable, and human.

"Care is personal. When a family reaches out, they are trusting us with someone important to them. That is something I take seriously."
